High-dose therapy (HDT) followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) is useful for patients with chemosensitive refractory/relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, or newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). For successful ASCT, infusion of an adequate number of CD34 positive cells is important.
