Pentalogy of Cantrell refers to a clinical entity seen in children, with attendant impact on quality of life, if early intervention is not given. We report two cases who presented to our hospital, Fortis hospital Mulund, Mumbai. The first had a sternal cleft with partial ectopia thoracic while the second case had a type 3 Pentalogy of Cantrell. Computerized axial tomography (CT scan) confirmed the diagnosis. Both had surgical repair with a very good outcome.
