Phosphaturic mesenchymal tumors (PMTs) are rare tumors which are associated with oncogenic osteomalacia. For many years, it has been reported that many types of tumors could be associated with osteomalacia as a paraneoplastic syndrome. In 1987, Weidner and Santa Cruz [
1] made a sentinel observation that most of the tumor associated with osteomalacia showed similar and characteristic histomorphological features and termed it as “Phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor (PMT).” …
