An 18-year-old woman was referred with a 1-month history of a small right hand mass. The mass was not painful and had not changed in color, shape, or size since she first discovered it. The patient denied numbness, paresthesias, and weakness of the right hand. There was no history of trauma or suggestion of infection. The patient denied other masses.
