Oculomotor disorders in adult-onset Still’s disease

A patient with adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD)1 developed periodic horizontal micro-saccadic oscillations and periodic rapid clockwise torsional eye movements followed by counterclockwise torsional drifts (see video). Neuroimaging studies were normal. Tests for paraneoplastic antibodies were negative. Details of the clinical presentation and experimental methods are presented in supplementary material 1. …
