An elderly man [age at the time of reaction onset not stated] developed mouth dryness following an off-label use of nivolumab. The man, with multifocal metastatic renal cell carcinoma, started receiving off-label treatment with IV nivolumab 3 mg/kg every two weeks, in November 2015. After the seventh treatment, he developed mouth dryness [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. His nivolumab treatment was continued. …
