Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare dermatologic manifestation of systemic disease. It is most often associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and can be seen in several other illnesses including immunosuppression, certain forms of arthritis, monoclonal gammopathy, and malignancy [1]. This review of PG as an extraintestinal manifestation of IBD highlights the importance of early and accurate diagnosis so that proper treatment may be initiated. …
