Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare dermatologic manifestation of systemic disease. It is most often associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and can be seen in several other illnesses including immunosuppression, certain forms of arthritis, monoclonal gammopathy, and malignancy [
