This paper is the product of the cooperative efforts of the new team of editors and our way of sharing our current views. There are two unique features of this paper, one is that it does not have tables, figures, or references; the second is that each section has an action item, which outlines some of the gaps in our current knowledge that need to be addressed in future studies. We encourage future reviews in the Journal to do the same. Rather than being directed at one theme, this paper addresses a series of issues that nuclear cardiologists deal with on a routine basis. These issues are presented in the form of questions and are divided into groups for convenience. There are many more issues to address but could not in this paper because of space limitations. They will hopefully be the subjects of future papers. We hope that this presentation proves to be useful to our readers. …
