This 9-year-old girl was playing with her sister and other kids. She tripped over her sister and jammed her left great toe. Since this happens all the time, not much was thought of it. Actually, she kept walking the rest of the evening and went to bed. However, next day, she started to complain of pain in the toe, and it appeared more swollen and bruised. For this reason, her parents brought her to our Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) [1]. …
