This 2-year-old girl was at a birthday party the evening prior to presenting to the emergency room (ER). She was having a lot of fun along with other children and was jumping a lot in a jumping gym. The patient really did not remember having an accident or sustaining an injury but when she returned home from the party, she did not want to use her right leg and complained that it hurt. The mother said she suspected that another kid might have fallen on the patient's right leg but no one was sure of whether an accident really occurred or what type of accident occurred. …
