We read with interest the recent systematic review and meta-analysis of the role of Milrinone in children [1]. The study suggests that Milrinone might only have a limited inotropic or lusitropic effect using impact on left ventricular myocardial performance index (LVMPI) and isovolumetric relaxation time (IVRT) among other parameters of interest. …
