Meta-Analysis Results Need to Be Evaluated with Caution

To the Editor—We read with interest the contribution by Jayaraman and colleagues.1 The authors did great work performing a systematic review, but caution is necessary regarding conclusions drawn from this analysis and we would to like to express our concerns about the paper’s recommendations regarding stapled hemorrhoidopexy.1
