Breast Cancer, the official journal of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society, was launched in 1994. The founding editor-in-chief, Dr. Yasuo Nomura, stated that Breast Cancer would accept original articles, review articles, case reports, and short papers in all fields, preclinical and clinical, related to breast cancer from all over the world. In continuing that policy, we would like not only to stimulate the development of research in this area but also to promote mutual communication among specialists throughout the world in this particular field. …
