A 17-year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital for further evaluation of bilateral nephrolithiasis, which was detected incidentally by plain radiography and abdominal ultrasonography during the evaluation of abdominal pain in a local hospital. The patient had no previous history of polyuria, polydipsia and urinary tract infection. Consanguinity was not present between her parents. Her family history revealed nephrolithiasis in her uncle and cousin. On admission, the results of the physical examination were normal. Her height was 153 cm (between 10–25th percentile), weight 42.3 kg (<3rd percentile) and her blood pressure was 100/60 mmHg. …
