Mastocytosis is a heterogeneous disease characterized by the accumulation of abnormal mast cells. The disease is classified as either cutaneous or systemic mastocytosis based on the site of mast cell accumulation [
1]. Two forms of systemic mastocytosis are known, namely extracutaneous mastocytoma and mast cell sarcoma. Both form a localized mass in non-cutaneous organs.
