Subcutaneous Panniculitis-Like T-Cell Lymphoma: Clinical Features and Outcomes from a Single Tertiary Center

Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T cell lymphoma is a rare T cell lymphoma with less than 200 cases reported in the literature. It is recognized as a distinct entity in the recently updated WHO-EORTC classification of primary cutaneous lymphomas [1]. We report retrospective study of patients with subcutaneous panniculitis-like T cell lymphoma diagnosed between 2014 and 2019 at our center. Data was retrieved from electronic medical records. We reviewed the clinical features, histopathology, staging information and treatment details. The diagnosis was made based on clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical features as per World Health Organization Classification of tumors of hematopoietic and lymphoid tumors [2]. Hemophagocytic lympho-histiocytosis was defined as per HLH-2004 criteria. Response to treatment was based on Lugano 2014 criteria [3]. …
