Abstract

Jejuno-ileal diverticula are usually multiple and mainly localized to the proximal jejunum. Usually these diverticula are asymptomatic but can also present with complications including small bowel obstruction, diverticular bleeding, and diverticulitis. The management of small bowel diverticula is based on the clinical presentation. Here, we report a case where jejunal diverticulum caused liver indentation which required liver resection.
