A 59-year-old man developed angioedema during treatment with lisinopril. The man presented to the clinic with a new-onset photo-distributed eruption as well as progressive periorbital oedema. In past, he had developed periorbital oedema, which was associated with ocular pain and was treated with presumed diagnosis of preseptal cellulitis.
