A 59-year-old man developed angioedema during treatment with lisinopril. The man presented to the clinic with a new-onset photo-distributed eruption as well as progressive periorbital oedema. In past, he had developed periorbital oedema, which was associated with ocular pain and was treated with presumed diagnosis of preseptal cellulitis. During current presentation, his symptoms continued to progress and he was suspected to have angioedema [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated] secondary to lisinopril [dosage, route and indication not stated] leading to it's discontinuation. …
