As an ethnic categorization that groups individuals from more than 20 countries and regions, Hispanic populations account for the second largest ethnic group in the United States.1 Cancer is the leading cause of death among Hispanic Americans, and breast cancer accounts for the greatest proportion of cancer deaths in Hispanic women.2 While many disparities have been documented for Hispanic populations in aggregate, less is known about risks faced by Hispanic subpopulations. …
