Subclavian stenosis or occlusion is a marker of atherosclerotic disease and presents an increased risk for cardiovascular/cerebrovascular events [1]. In recent past, two of our patients had SSS with interesting manifestation. First of them had a tremendous problem with uncommon and rare feeling of “cold, cold winter in his left arm” [2].
