Krukenberg tumor refers to metastatic ovarian tumors originating from different primary sites. Its incidence ranges from 1 to 21% [

2]. It is more prevalent in Asian countries having higher frequency of gastric carcinoma. The most common primary site metastasizing to ovaries is gastrointestinal tract including stomach accounting for 70%. Other primary sites are colon (26.1%) and appendix (5%) [
