Gigantism refers to a condition characterized by extreme physical size and stature. In skeletal-related complications, an arthropathy and vertebral fractures resulting from bone fragility may be a complication, but there are few reports on fractures of the extremities. We treated femoral trochanteric fracture in a gigantism patient with a combination of multi-osteosynthesis device. …
