To the Editor: Congenital chylothorax (CCT) is a rare life-threatening disease with major morbidity and mortality [1, 2]. No case has been reported regarding the use of heparin for treatment of refractory CCT and congenital chylous ascites (CCA). We report one case each of CCT and CCA where management with intravenous heparin was successful. …
