To the Editor: Longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis (LETM) - spinal cord extending over three or more vertebrae on spinal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), is rare in children [1]. While varied causes of LETM are reported, Neuromyelitis optica (NMO) is the commonest, necessitating detailed investigations for underlying etiology [2]. …
