To the Editor: Scrub typhus is an acute febrile tropical illness with varied multi-systemic presentation. It commonly affects gastro-intestinal, neurological and respiratory systems [1]. Epididymo-orchitis, a rare manifestation of scrub typhus, has been reported from south India [2‐5]. However, bilateral epididymo-orchitis as an initial presentation is even rarer. …
