Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is an autosomal dominant disorder with a reported incidence of around 8–9 per 100,000 [
1]. It causes significant morbidity and early mortality. Although TSC is classically described as a triad of epilepsy, mental retardation and adenoma sebaceum, epilepsy occurs in 60% and learning disability in 40% of the patients. Thus, imaging plays an important role in diagnosing the disease in patients in whom there is a clinical suspicion and can sometimes raise the suspicion of the disease based on the typical imaging findings. …
