To the Editor—Johnson et al. 1 reviewed the literature to evaluate the evidence to make recommendations regarding the optimal surveillance protocol for colorectal cancer in families with the Lynch syndrome (HNPCC). We would like to comment on two issues that were addressed: the optimal frequency of investigations, and the identification of adenomas by surveillance colonoscopy. …
