To the Editor—Lund and Leveson describe in their article, “Fibrin glue in the treatment of pilonidal sinus: results of a pilot study,”1 six patients treated by fibrin tissue glue injection after curettage and describe it as a novel treatment. We congratulate them for their success in five of the patients followed up for one year. …
