Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is one of the most common causes of thunderclap headache (TCH) [1]. We report on the case of an unusual occurrence of RCVS in a patient taking oral antivitamin K anticoagulants (AVK) and discuss the possible underlying physiopathology, the challenging differential diagnosis, and the therapeutic aspects of such an association. …
