Here we present a video case of a 64 year old patient with a symptomatic ventral incisional hernia as well as a symptomatic right inguinal hernia. There have been numerous videos demonstrating extended totally extraperitoneal (eTEP) ventral incisional hernia repairs as well as eTEP inguinal hernia repairs. Although combined ventral incisional and inguinal hernia repairs have been described, there are no video demonstrations of the combined procedures to our knowledge. In this video we discuss our approach and aditionally some of the advantages and disadvantages of the approach. …
