We came across an interesting and rare citation of scar dehiscence in cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy (CSEP) [
1]. We wish to add on our experience of a similar patient with acute presentation and diagnostic dilemma. With a low incidence of 1:2,226 of all pregnancies and 0.15 % in women with a previous CS [
