Rectal leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a rare disease occupying less than 0.1 % of colorectal tumors [1]. Even if we know the relation between radiation and colorectal carcinomas, the relation between radiation and LMS is not certain because of uncommon existence. Up to date, rectal LMS after pelvic radiotherapy was detected in four patients. Our case is the fifth patient in literature. …
