The Direct Brow-Lift Using the Flat Incision Technique

Past findings have shown the direct brow-lift to be a valuable technique in selected cases [1]. An easy technique to perform, the direct brow-lift poses a low risk for the patient except for that of a possible visible scar. The scar could have been a problem even in elderly patients and even with the bevelled incision technique. With the more tangential incision immediate in the hairline, growth of hairs has occurred in the skin of the final scar [2, 3]. …
