The small tendon at the medial aspect of the brachialis muscle dislocates over the trochlear margin with elbow supination (Fig. 1) and returns to its normal position at the outer aspect of the trochlea with elbow pronation (Fig. 2). This is demonstrated on the dynamic ultrasound assessment (Supplementary video).
