The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) International Pediatric Radiology Outreach Program was started in 2008. One of its key activities is supporting pediatric radiology education in Ethiopia. This is achieved in partnership with two entities in Ethiopia. The main partner is the Department of Radiology, School of Medicine, Addis Ababa University. The program has two objectives: (1) supporting the pediatric radiology portion of the radiology residency program of the department through education of the teachers and residents; (2) establishing and running a 2-year international pediatric radiology fellowship. …
