Excerpt

A 4-year-old boy presented with a systolic cardiac murmur. Coronary CT angiography with oblique coronal reformatting showed an outpouching aneurysm at the right sinus of Valsalva (Fig. 1 asterisk aneurysm, arrows right coronary artery, arrowheads aortic valve). The 3-D volume-rendered image clearly demonstrates that the aneurysm is free from the right coronary artery. The aneurysm was surgically closed and no recurrence was noted after a 1-year follow-up.
