The management of renal stones, with miniaturization and the advance in technology, has significantly changed in the last 50 years with the appearance of the flexible ureteroscope and mini-nephroscope. Reduced morbidity and mortality, mini-invasiveness, better results and less patient discomfort are the aims of any surgical procedure, especially when treating benign or non-life-threatening diseases. …
