Die Verbesserung der Strahlentherapie und die Einführung von platinbasierten Chemotherapien haben das Überleben von Hodentumorpatienten stark verbessert. Jedoch geht die Behandlung von Hodentumoren mit einem erhöhten Risiko von Zweittumoren einher. In der hier zu kommentierenden Studie wird die Häufigkeit behandlungsbedingter Zweitmalignome nach platinbasierter Therapie bei Seminomen und Nichtseminomen untersucht. …
