Primary Intradural Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in Lumbosacral Spine

Being extremely rare, only a few cases of primary Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL) of the spinal canal have been reported in the literature so far. Except for one, all of these were extradural in location, making the intradural site even rare for this condition. In this article, we report a case of an intradural extramedullary primary HL involving the lumbosacral spine. To the best of our knowledge, there is only one earlier case report of intradural primary HL located in the cervical region. This makes this case the first entity of its kind in the lumbosacral region. We include in the discussion on the imaging features of the spinal lymphoma. …
