In a retrospective and observational study of 63 patients, who received eptacog-α between 1 September 2015 and 30 June 2017, 4 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed deep-vein thrombosis (DVT), ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack (TIA) during treatment with eptacog-α for the reversal of anticoagulation-associated bleeding or refractory bleeding in cardiac surgery [dosages and routes not stated; not all times to reactions onsets and outcomes stated]. …
