In a case series, a 16-year-old girl was described, who developed antibodies during treatment with metreleptin. The girl, who had a history of acquired generalised lipodystrophy, started receiving treatment with SC 0.02 mg/kg metreleptin injection twice daily for one month. Later, the dose was increased to 0.04 mg/kg. Subsequently, she developed antibodies to metreleptin [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. …
