A 74-year-old man developed hypersexuality during treatment with rasagiline [route not stated]. He had a three year history of idiopathic Parkinson's disease, and was receiving rasagiline 1 mg/day. Two years later, he expressed typical symptoms of hypersexuality including obsessive sexual thoughts and desires without any abnormal impulsive behaviour. Rasagiline was withdrawn and his symptoms immediately disappeared. He was receiving levodopa at three months follow-up. …
