Focal idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis (IHP) is an uncommon disorder of unknown etiology in which the intracranial and/or intraspinal dura mater become locally thickened, often adhering to the underlying leptomeninges [
1]. We report a case of IHP focally affecting successively the lumbosacral spinal dura and, 5 years later, the right parietal dura mater. To our knowledge, such a course characterized by multifocal lesions with dissemination in time and space has never been previously described in IHP. …
