A 67-year-old male who consulted for chest pain of two days’ evolution, which was partially resolved with analgesics. A twelve-lead electrocardiogram showed ST segment elevation in leads V1 to V5 and increased troponin-I and NT-proBNP. The diagnosis of non-reperfused STEMI was made (Figure 1).
