Intussusception is rare in adults. More than 90% of all cases occur during childhood [1]. Intussusception of the small bowel accounts for less than 1% of all cases of small bowel obstruction in adults. Traditionally, it has been regarded as a condition requiring surgery because up to 90% of cases are said to be associated with a lead point [26]. We report a case of small bowel intussusception in an adult, which was transient and was managed without surgical intervention. …
