Multifocal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma associated with IgG4-related disease: a case report

IgG4-related disease is an identifiable inflammatory condition associated with elevated serum immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) concentrations and tissue infiltration by IgG4-expressing plasma cells [1]. A few articles relating to malignant lymphoma with IgG4-related disease have been published [2, 3]. We report the first case of multifocal Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) lymphoma expressing IgG4 in the lacrimal gland and pelvis. …
