Orthostatic hypotension (OH) is a common condition defined as a fall in blood pressure of ≥ 20 mmHg systolic or 10 mmHg diastolic within 3 min of assuming a standing position or head-up tilt [
1]. Approximately one third of patients with persistent OH have neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH), which is frequently associated with neurodegenerative diseases related to α-synuclein pathology and a key diagnostic discriminator among parkinsonian syndromes [
