Fremdkörperinduziertes Angiosarkom 60 Jahre nach Granatsplitterverletzung

Zusammenfassung

Ein 84-jähriger Patient entwickelte 60 Jahre nach einer im 2. Weltkrieg erlittenen Granatsplitterverletzung ein Angiosarkom im Bereich der Fossa temporalis. Die Tumorresektion bestätigte die enge räumliche Lagebeziehung von Tumor und Granatsplitter. Die Analyse des Granatsplitters konnte keine eindeutige Aussage über die kanzerogene Potenz der Inhaltsstoffe liefern; eine entzündungsbedingte Karzinogenese erscheint wahrscheinlich. In der Literatur sind zwei ähnliche Kasuistiken beschrieben.
