This interesting report on a case of aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) occurring in a child and submitted to four surgical excisions and to radiotherapy after experiencing subtotal four limbs paralysis [1] reminded me a case with a very similar evolution which was referred to my Center in 2001 and changed completely our strategy in the treatment of ABC. …
