Traumatic aneurysms account for 14–39% of all pediatric aneurysms [1]. Most are located on distal anterior or middle cerebral arteries (MCA) or branches. They are rare on the internal carotid artery (ICA) and even more rare on the supraclinoid portion of the ICA [25, 22]. …
